Good

The breakfast was nice and decent distance to the metro station. There's option for dinner directly on the property.

The AC hits directly the bed and there's no way to avoid that.

Worth your money!

This place owned by Italian guy who also a good cooker! I love their scramble eggs! We stayed for 5nights and overall was nice and up to what we are expected. Worth the money coz very cheap and together with breakfast! They have in house restaurants and most of the menu was Italian food. Location wise is strategic within Chinatown and if u like chill place to stay, here is the place to recommend ️

Loved it, too bad it was so short!

Last minute booking but the owner was exceptional at accomodating for me. Since my room was not in the main building, a very detailed video was provided as to where my room was to be found (I arrived after hours).

Good value

Good location near Chinatown. Good breakfast from Italian chef. The staff, especially the two Myanmar girls were very helpful. Helped carry my stuff upstairs and attended immediately when toiletries needed top ups.

I liked comfy bed and friendly staff. Hotel locates in Chinatown - cozy and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was absolutely luxurious :))

The overall experience was not bad but the noise and run-down area makes it hard to stay here again.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Some amazingly tight alleys in a real Bangkok neighbourhood.

Extremely narrow and creaky stairs to go up. Noisy room facing the street in which motorcycles without mufflers frequently revved up. Not too far from the main Chinatown but the immediately surrounding area was a bit run-down.

Amazing but noisy if you are a light sleeper

The single room was very spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Noisy. That's to be expected in most Asian countries, but this was particularly noisy. The "window" facing the alley was just a perspex pane that got unstuck at some edges. So full noise coming in and the locals did vacuuming/sawing at 23:00/00:00 at night. There was also a pump or something inside the house that went off at all hours during the night. Plus the other apartment/room is RIGHT next to mine so you can hear a lot of what the other people are doing, especially if they galavant up and down the wooden staircase at 02:00/03:00 in the morning. There isn't much you can do about it. But if you are a light sleeper like me, it's not great. That's my only issue with this place.

Above average breakfast, free luggage storage, very friendly Italien hosts, european-style thick blankets

Not that I didn't know what to expect from the picture but the room I booked really was very very small. Having two people and luggage might make it hard to navigate.

Great first stay in Bangkok

Bedroom: good space and mattress is very comfortable for two Bathroom: clean with toilet paper and hand soap Hotel and staffs: friendly environment, great job!

Hotel location is good with a bit of noise with a car garage in front of the establishment, but with earplugs it is ok.
